Availability for Users

Not all users across the country can buy the paid Android applications. There are some states that given the right to buy and sell paid Android applications. Countries are mostly European countries, North America, most countries in South America, some countries in Asia, and Australia.

Availability for Developers

At first, only in the U.S. and UK developers can publish paid applications. But this time, the developer of Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain was able to sell paid apps in Android Market. Unlike the iPhone, Android applications not only can be obtained from the Android Market. Android applications can be obtained from anywhere including the website of the developer itself or from a 3rd party.
